Welcome to Tribal Council Fu Mal! Come in and please have a seat! Great job on the challenge by the way! Im going to start off by asking some questions. Chelsea, I have to say that Fu Mal did amazing in the challenge. You were one of the people that was on the boat. What went into the win yesterday? What was your initial reaction you found that Fu Mal would STILL be heading to council despite the win?
Chelsea: The four of us came together to create and execute a strategy to win. We did what we came to do and I think that we would have lost for sure if we hadn't watched each other's moves and been there to egg each other on. I was dissapointed tha the challenge did not end in immunity. The challenge took over 3 hours, at least for me and Richard since we were there the whole time. It's really dissapointing to devote that much time to a challenge without winning immunity.
Landon: Well you guys should be proud of yourselves for what you accomplished and your great team work! Joshua, you missed the boat at the first challenge, how did feel knowing you wouldn't be able to help your tribe? Anyone sticking out that just isnt fitting in? or not helping out much?
Joshua: I am pissed that I missed the boat, but i feel as if I still played a vital role supporting my tribe from the sidelines. I am happy that they won and did good.
Landon: well I’m sure your tribe appreciates your support. Richard, for the win, was the clue a good 2nd option other than immunity? How have the first 2 official days in the game been? What do you think of your tribe?
Richard: I suspected that the first challenge might not be for immunity at first, but I pushed that thought out of my brain as I was competing. I was hoping we'd get immunity in addition to the clue, but alas...we're still at tribal. The clue was a pretty good second option. The first two official days in the game have been a lot of fun; really like my tribe. I mean, I think we were all getting a little antsy waiting for the game to begin, making friends and cutting deals and whatnot. But we're a fun group, obviously dedicated to challenges. I'm basing my vote tonight on keeping the fun in the group.
Landon: You seem like a strong support system for your group and I hope everything works out! Conny, what did you think of the last challenge? Do you think there are any weak links on the tribe?
Conny: the last challenge i thought was super fun. it was long but it forced fu mal to work together. i admitt there were times where i was like ugh this sux, but all the station, and teamwork -- in the end it was really fun i think. our lot had a good time. weak link wise i think someone doesn't fit it as well with the lot..and that maybe 2 or 3 who i have yet to see challenge skill from. all coule be weak links. well see.
Landon: I’m glad you had a fun time and It was fun watching you all. Scott, same question. Do you view anyone as a weak link? What is your impression of the other two tribes?
Scott: I think it may be too early to judge someone as the "weak link" but Andy hasn't done a lot yet. As for the other two tribes, I think we have an advantage over them because we all seem to be having fun, and we have good strategies going into the challenges, so the other two are weaker. I suppose Nirvana could pose a problem for us later on in the game, but I don't think we have to worry about Dragonez too much.
Landon: Well I wouldn’t slow down just because you guys think you have the advantage it could turn around in a heartbeat! Andrew, you didn't make the boat for your tribe. Do you feel vulnerable for the vote because of that? Anyone on the tribe emerging as the leader?
Andrew: yeah i didn't do that challenge big deal. my tribe left without me, not my bad. hopefully i will help out with the next one.
Landon: Well that doesn’t sound like a positive attitude. Deighton, hows camplife been these first crucial days? You didn't help with the challenge either, although they didn't look like they needed the help...think that will help or hurt you?
Deighton: It has been okay. I'm not as social with everyone as I'd like to but am surviving. I don't think missing the challenge will hurt me. I wasn't the only one to miss it and I don't think it would be fare for them to target just me. but whatever. Whatever happens, happens. Hopefully I'll still be here when the vote is in.
Landon: Yeah everything changes easily. Jonty, what are your frist impressions with your tribe these first few days? Who have you gotten along the best with? Feeling vulnerable?
Jonty: My first impressions were, wow we have some good active people going into the challenge we were strong and we won I was so happy, going to tribal makes me sick, I am not vulnerable the people on my tribe I really mesh well with them, (Joshua, Chelsea, Richard and Conny) I am really enjoying it here though.
Landon: Yeah im glad you like your tribe and I think if you guys keep up the work you may get pretty far!
