Well everyone welcome to the first episode of ¡Surv1vor Live! I had the honor of talking with Scott earlier this afternoon about the time he spent in China.
Here is what he had to say:
Cody: Well first of all I want to thank you for joining us here in the studio today
Scott: I am happy to be in the studio.
Cody: Well let’s get started officially you were the third person to be voted out of china. Does that make getting voted out any better?
Scott: It never feels good to be voted out of the game, especially when you are blindsided. It makes it a little better, but not much.
Cody: Well that’s what I was going to ask next did you have any idea that you would be setting here with me today?
Scott: I had that fear in the back of my mind because of a conversation I had the day I was voted out. But I felt confident my alliance would hold strong. Turned out it didn’t.
Cody: Are there any hard feelings there I mean it’s never fun to be blind sided?
Scott: I am angry, but I know it's just a game and my tribe was doing what they thought was right. We'll see if they made the right decision. If they continue to dominate challenges good for them. If not maybe they'll regret their decision.
Cody: On that note do you think that Fu Mal can continue to win and continue to do well in this game?
Scott: They may be able to do well, but they would do better probably if they kept me and booted Andy because he doesn't do anything.
Cody: Why do you think it was you this time instead of Andy?
Scott: I really can't think of a reason. Maybe my tribe was swayed by the person that wanted me gone since early on. Maybe it's just because I'm the youngest person in the history of iSurv1vor. Who knows?
Cody: Speaking of the history of ¡Surv1vor in past seasons the inactive people have been first to go but it looks like things are going different this season, it is fair to say that some fairly active people have been voted out. How do you think this will affect things?
Scott: I'm hoping the tribes regret it, because that would make them see that they really need us. Cause I worked hard in that challenge. It took us four straight hours in front of the computer, and it was like all my hard work went to waste, and slackers like Andy just slid on by.
Cody: It sounds like you have some negative feelings about all the tribes having to go to tribal council. Was that a shock?
Scott: Of course it was. It seemed very unfair in my mind. I could have not done anything in that challenge and it wouldn't have really made a difference. It's just not that fair.
Cody: Well obviously this first challenge showed which tribes were willing to do what it takes to win, fair or not. Your tribe definitely showed they were. Had this challenge been for immunity do you think things would have went differently? Obviously you would still be here but would the challenge have showed who was willing to do more for their tribe?
Scott: Absolutely. If I had lasted to another challenge and we won again it would have shown that I am a big help in challenges, and I am worth keeping around. Maybe if we lost after that they would vote off a weaker person.
Cody: Well Scott you could be right, unfortunately you did get the boot and became the third person voted out of china. Before we go though, is there anyone in particular, tribes aside, that you are rooting for? Any predictions for the upcoming challenge?
Scott: I am rooting for Jacob and Zoe on Dragonez, because they are really cool people. I'm also rooting for Jonty. I don’t know if she voted for me, but even if she did she seemed like a cool person. I'm hoping Fu Mal loses a few challenges from now on, and that Dragonez can dominate.
Cody: Well we will soon see how everything plays out. Scott, thank you so much for talking with me today and I'm sorry to see you go so soon.
Scott: Thanks for the interview!
Well everyone that the inside scoop on Scott the third person to get the boot from China.
I hope to see you all right here for the next episode of ¡Surv1vor Live! Until next time...
