Cody: Come on in Nirvana. As you know you know Jacob won the last challenge earning Fu Mal the right to vote someone out of Nirvana first. As always lets start with a few questions. Donna, I know it seems like a long way to the end of this game but do you think you have a shot at winning this game?
Donna: Anyone has a chance to win this game. I need to see if I make it thru this TC.
Cody: You are absolutely right at this point in the game it is best to take it one Tribal Council at a time. Conny, how are you feeling know that we are nearing the point in this game when the tribes merge? How does it feel knowing that soon every tribal council will be as tense as this one with only one person being safe?
Conny: I'm excited really about the merge coming up. we've all worked really hard to get to this point, yey mate! as for the future councils being tense...i expect them to be tense each time, so that is really nothing new mate.
Cody: I promise you that tribals are going to start becoming nasty I mean starting soon you will be on your own. Richard, now this tribal you are voting someone from Fu Mal out. What are you basing your vote on this time around?
Richard: I'm basing my vote on what's best for not only myself, but also for my tribemates. We're inching ever closer to the merge, and everyone needs to be prepared for that.
Cody: I don’t know if there is really anyway to prepare for a merge but I have a feeling a lot of you are preparing for that big day. Sammy, it must feel good knowing that you are safe this go around. Tell us a little about how you feel being immune.
Sammy: It feels just as good as any other immunity win, but it's a little better. In the merge you have one person with immunity with the rest of the tribe being vulnerable. It's basically that "safe" feeling - only hightened. Since each tribe is voting out a member of the opposing tribe - Immunity became that much more important. It sucks knowing that we don't have any sort of control over this council's fate - we can't plead our cases as to why we should stay. It's that kind of uncertainty that makes me glad I worked hard to win. If I never win another Immunity challenge for the rest of my stay in this game - I'm glad I won this one!
Cody: That is very true Sammy. This was a very important immunity challenge. Congratulations again! Matt, you have been with this tribe for a while now. Do you have confidence in this tribe. Can they pull off another few wins and enter the merge with a majority?
Matt: Of course, we’ve been winning so far so y stop?
Cody: You never know in this game. I mean things could change any second. However, you are right winning is definitely the most important thing right now. Deighton, you have also been with this tribe for a while. How is everyone getting along? Is there anyone in this tribe you feel you could do with out?
Deighton: Everyone gets along okay to my knowledge. I don't know any "'tiffs" that maybe going on per say. This tribes needs each contributing person at this point in the game. these is no one I think the tribe doesn't need right now...
Cody: That is exactly right at this point in the game things still revolve around your tribe this is not an individual game yet. A tribe has to get along or it will fail. David, who do people need to watch out for in this game? At this point are you looking to the end or are you more focused on making it one round at a time?
David: I think people need to keep an eye on those who are quieter and tending to blend into the background, they're always the sneaky ones. As for me, I'm taking it one round at a time...lol.
Cody: Like I said before in my mind taking it one round at a time is a pretty good idea. Tom, how does it feel being the new guy? I know you feel a little weird being the newest tribe member and knowing that your old tribe is voting someone from your new tribe off.
Tom: It feels kinda weird being new here, but it's also a refreshing kind of feeling as well. Obviously I was feeling kinda lonely over at Fu Man Chu world so it's cool to have a new start over here. I guess it's easy to say that right away since the other tribe are the ones voting one of us out though. Regardless, I'm looking forward to the rest of the game! Come back soon Sandy!
Cody: Well Tom maybe you are what this tribe needed in order to enter the merge with a majority of people. I am hoping Sandy comes back soon as well. Well its now time to reveal the votes. Keep in mind these votes are the votes cast by Fu Mal. Once the votes are read the decision is final. The person voted out will be asked to leave the tribal council area immediately. I’ll read the votes…
First vote...
Second vote...
Third vote...
Thats one vote Matt, one vote Donna, and one vote Deighton
Fourth vote...
Fifth vote...
Cody: Thats one vote apiece for Matt, Donna, Deighton, Conny, and David. Zoe did not submit a vote on time so her vote does not count. That means we have a five way tie. Now lets look back at past votes. Originally I thought we had a four way tie but after careful review I found out that Matt, Donna, and Deighton had received one vote apiece and David had received two votes against him. Therefore David with two votes against you at past tribal councils, THE TRIBE HAS SPOKEN! Please bring me your torch.

Thanks for playing David! I'm sorry things didn’t work out. You were a promising player in this game. Please post your final words in your confessional! You should be hearing from me soon for ¡Surv1vor Live! We will see you around!
